First use of the web application ​

You can log in to the KPN Password Manager web application using your (Grip) login credentials via https://passwordmanager.kpn.com. The web application is a platform designed to manage your secured data. Of all the platforms, it is the only place from which you can also (un)share passwords with other users. One major advantage of the web application is that you can easily log in to your account from any internet-connected device without needing to download an app or extension.

Login ​

The exact login procedure depends on how your organization has set things up. Your organization should have clearly communicated which login credentials to use and whether two-factor authentication is required. Authentication is handled through the KPN Grip platform. Users who use two-factor authentication with the 'Authenticate' app, must link the mobile 'Authenticate' app to their Grip account first.

Switching from another password manager ​

Are you already using another digital password manager? Transfer the items from your current password manager to the KPN Password Manager using the import function. This way, you don’t need to manually retype all your accounts and passwords. Importing your data is only possible through the web application and is explained in more detail under the section Importing Items.
